I came up with the concept for Ethnic_tradeswoman many years ago. I always knew my interests and passions for beautiful things which expressed my personality was something I shared with many women and over time and many shopping trips to various countries I refined my idea.
What is Ethnic_tradeswoman?
Its a store with prices that are lower than what you would find in most retail spaces. It is a reflection of my love for the beautiful, eclectic and comfortable things I have found in my travels. If you want to blend into the crowd then the Ethnic_tradeswoman is not for you. Our items make a statement and run towards the bohemian and highly ethnic crafts of the world.
Many of us women today don the corporate uniforms of skirt/pants, shirt/blouse/top, jacket and still hope that Mr. Right will be able to distinguish us from the many others similarly attired. Now we aren’t promising Mr.Right will find you if you wear our things but you know that feeling you have when you have just the “right” shoes for your outfit…you are invincible, the world is more colourful and you have a smile that puts the sun to shame. Thats the feeling we hope you take away with you when you find just that little added touch here at Ethnic_tradeswoman.
But you have so few things?
Its because I’m not a business that I can offer the ‘lower than retail’ prices and the draw-back to that is that inventory takes some time. I hope to be able to speed up the process once this blog gets a loyal following who look forward to new stock. Rest assured that there will be something new on a regular basis.
